The B.A. in Geological Sciences is designed as a general baccalaureate degree with a science focus. It gives maximum flexibility for students to concentrate on their interests within the major (for example: environmental geology, water quality, economic minerals, materials, petroleum, natural hazards) and seek outside concentrations.
