The Zoology major focuses on the diversity, organismal biology, ecology and evolution of animals. Many Zoology majors are interested in animal care and husbandry, as well as careers in field work, informal education, agency work and museum curation. Elective courses in organismal biology, ecology and evolutionary biology and policy and management and can be used to pursue a variety of professional interests.
