This program is a cooperative venture that draws on the resources of the departments of anthropology, philosophy, sociology, and criminal justice. The purpose of the program leading to a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Studies in the college of Arts and Sciences is to prepare students for positions as practitioners within criminal justice professions while also offering educational upgrading for individuals already working in criminal justice fields.
