All of Valpo's geography majors combine dynamic classroom instruction with field and professional experience to introduce students to a wide variety of careers. The program emphasizes practical experience through field trips, field courses, internships, and opportunities to work with faculty on original research. The foundational courses prepare geographers to reach their fullest potential.

High school diploma with a GPA of 3.71, High school andor college transcripts, SAT andor ACT scores. Two professional or academic recommendation letters, 6.0 minimum IELTS with no more than two sub scores below 6.0 or 75 minimum TOEFL internetbased or 56 minimum PTE.
