BA Political Science

Political Science encourages a critical understanding of government and politics in the belief that a knowledgeable, interested and aware citizenry is crucial to a democratic society. The study of political science at PLU includes the realities of politics and the exploration of how political systems work. In the Political Science major, you'll have the opportunity to combine the academic study of government and politics with practical experience through an internship, volunteering for political groups and election campaigns or membership in campus political groups.
