BA Politics and Society in American Politics and Public Policy

This option will appeal to students interested in American government, politics and society. Students learn how leaders and citizens create public policies to address myriad challenges, such as poverty, racism, inequality, and crime, and examine how government agencies and non-profit organisations can more effectively implement these policies.The option prepares students to solve these complex problems through a career in local, state, and federal government, non-profit organizations, public advocacy and public policy in a broad range of issue areas.
