Program Overview

The Sociology Department thought through every conceivable possibility before arriving at the same conclusion of the Psychology Department: the current resources we have in terms of faculty instructors and advisors are not sufficient to support an ongoing major, and it is unlikely that we will receive adequate support to bring in additional, critical faculty to fulfill these needs and sustain the major. It pains us greatly to arrive at this decision.
