The BA in Film program provides ample opportunity for you to gain hands-on production experience while delving deeply into the art, history, and theory of Film. The major will not only help you develop strong critical thinking and communication skills, but you will also gain experience developing a creative idea from inception to final product, which will enhance your project management skills. Our interdisciplinary approach offers ample opportunity to choose your specialty in Film.

Profile Assessment: Creative-field applicants may be assessed through academic preparation, creative ability, visual thinking and, where required, a portfolio. The portfolio may include finished work as well as sketches, experimentation, process development and written explanations. Architecture may value Mathematics, Physics, drawing and spatial thinking, while Art, Design and Fashion programs may place greater emphasis on originality, technical development and the creative process.Advanced Placement(AP) Guidance: AP availability depends on the student's school.
