Common Application. Official transcript and school report submitted directly from the secondary school. Mid-year or first trimester grades submitted directly from the high school when they become available. 2 Letters of Recommendation. English language proficiency test scores - TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo. If English is the first language or if applicant has received academic instruction in English for the past 3 years, they may submit proof that they meet these requirements so that the English proficiency test is waived.
