Program Overview

The BA Program in Art: Studio Option is a 42-credit curriculum that provides students with a solid foundation in studio art and art history. Art Majors who choose to focus on Studio Art will receive general instruction in the theory and practice of the visual arts through working in both two and three dimensions with a variety of media. Students are encouraged to pursue advanced courses in one or more of the following media: Ceramic Design; Electronic Design & Multimedia; Painting & Drawing; Photography; Printmaking; or Sculpture.
