Gain a well-rounded visual arts education that prepares you for a range of career options. A Bachelor of Fine Arts in studio art prepares you for a range of careers in museums, curation, galleries and other arts venues. The art education concentration prepares you for a career as a P-12 art teacher in the state of Kentucky. Our graduates have gone on to earn Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degrees in disciplines such as painting, ceramics, graphic design, animation, printmaking, and photography and achieve success in master's programs such as entertainment technology, art administration, art therapy and historic preservation. You will also develop in-demand skills, such as oral and written communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and professionalism.
