This course is designed for learner wanting to work with people who may require support due to ageing, disability or other cause. They would enjoy working in a community and / or residential setting. They are interested to communicate with the clients, getting to know them, their interests and their needs. They are willing to work in a team with other health and social care professionals and well as helping families with the needs they also have.
