This course is designed for learner wanting to work as support workers who complete specialised tasks and functions in aged services; either in residential, home or community based environments. They would enjoy the opportunity to make a positive difference in people s lives, plus learn skills of Work place safety, using technology including machines to assist people to be mobile, and basic health observations. They also will be aware they may be required to demonstrate leadership.
