The Graduate Certificate in Public Health is an innovative course that will introduce you to the social-ecological model of health. This model which is strongly aligned with contemporary trends and challenges in public health provides the basis of innovative interventions for social change. Unlike other Public Health courses that traditionally focus on the medical model of health, the Graduate Certificate in Public Health at CQUniversity will also incorporate a social perspective of public health skills, knowledge and practice.

A 3 year Australian Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.English Language Proficiency requirements: IELTS (Academic) score of at least 6.0 (with no band score less than 5.5), or TOEFL overall score of 75 with no score less than 17, or Pearson Test of English Academic overall score of 54 with no score less than 46, or An Occupational English Test with Grades A or B only in each of the four components; or Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) - Score of 180 or above, Academic transcripts, Translations of academic transcripts , Personal identification document e.g. passport, Evidence that you meet the English requirement e.g. an English test result, A certified copy is a photocopy of the original document with a certification stamp that includes the certifier's printed name, title or position, signature and date of notary
