Program Overview

The deaf community is a group of deaf people who find cohesiveness in this shared language as well as other cultural values. Ideally, students of American Sign Language should be students of deaf culture as well. The ASL class is designed for people interested in learning a sign language, professionals in contact with the deaf community in their jobs, workers, friends or neighbors of deaf people and parents or family members of a deaf person.

High school diploma, Official, original transcripts or notarized copies of your secondary education or exam results, Notarized English translations of the transcript must accompany the document if it is in another language, Official transcripts of your post-secondary education, sent to us directly from the college or university, English Language Requirement: IELTS 6.5 Academic, no subscore lower than 6.0, TOEFL 79 IBT, no skill score lower than 18, CanTEST 4.5 in reading and listening and 4.0 in writing and speaking, CAEL 60, MELAB 80, PTE Academic--58, A photocopy of your valid passport
