Our PGCE Physical Education programme prepares you to teach the 11-18 age range and is offered as a full-time, one-year programme. It provides practical professional preparation for teaching in secondary schools and is designed and delivered in partnership with schools across a number of local authorities.
A 2:1 honours degree in a relevant subject (one in which at least 50% of the content is Physical Education/Sports Science) awarded by a UK higher education provider or a recognised equivalent qualification. A 2:2 will be considered with extensive school experience. IELTS of 6.5 overall with 6.0 in each individual element.
