You will have to possess a real interest and aptitude for Physical Education and History and an ability to think creatively about presenting the subject to others. Candidates will be expected to teach physical education topics such as gymnastics, swimming and athletics. You will also be expected to have good curricular knowledge of History. Above all, you will need a real commitment to the education of young people and a desire to inspire a generation. Also you will need: To hold a first degree of a United Kingdom higher education institution or equivalent qualification. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and Occupational Health Check, Interview, IELTS 6.5 (min 6.0 in all components)
