This is a vocational course that will give you the opportunity to see this industry and all it has to offer. You will study a range of different subjects and take part in various visits and talks to introduce you to travel and tourism attractions, destinations and organisations to further support you with your coursework. You will learn and practice customer service skills and how to plan holidays and trips. You will be assessed in a range of different ways from developing coursework, and presentations and will also have to undertake paper based tests, all of which will build up to achieving a qualification at level 2.
