Program Description

The baking and pastry certificate program focuses on professional cake decorating, giving students the skills they need to create and sell cakes for a variety of occasions. Students take eight credit hours per quarter for three consecutive quarters.

Eligibility Criteria

Online application. Submit academic records from all colleges/universities attended, or from all high schools/secondary schools attended. English proficiency: Duolingo English Test: 95 overall score, IELTS Academic: 6.0 overall, no sub-score lower than 5.5, TOEFL iBT: 72 overall score, Pearson Test of English: 50 overall score.
