UFV's Agriculture Technology diploma provides you with a strong foundation to launch a career in this fast-moving field. In your first year, you complete a certificate in either Livestock Production or Horticulture Crop Production and Protection. In your second year, you develop additional expertise in your chosen area of practice, learn about sustainable holistic agricultural practices, and explore issues relating to on-farm food safety, quality, and security.

Additional Information & Requirements

Must completed the equivalent of Canadian Grade 12 (Form Six or five O-levels plus at least two A-levels) or near-equivalent standing, high school transcript(s) and proof of graduation, post-secondary transcript(s) from all institutions attended, IELTS (Academic) - score of 6.5 or higher with a minimum band score of 6.0, TOEFL of 88 or higher (iBT) with no section below 20, CAEL - score of 70, PTE - score of 61 with 60 in writing, MELAB - score of 85, Cambridge - Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) min C, CanTEST - score of 4.5 with a minimum writing score of 4.0
