Sheridan s Social Service Worker Gerontology program will prepare you to become a leader in the care of older adults. Things you'll learn to do: How to advocate for older adults. How to develop and implement suitable recreation programs for seniors. How to work with persons living with cognitive impairments and their families. How to support older adults living with mental health challenges.
Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, including these required courses: One English, Grade 12 (ENG4C or ENG4U). TOEFL iBT 80 (20L,W,S,R), IELTS 6 Overall Band Score with no Band below 5.5.
