Advanced diploma welding engineering technology in Northern college at purestoronto

The Welding Engineering Technician program is identical to the first two years of the Welding Engineering Technologist program. Students graduating from the Welding Engineering Technician program have two options, the first being immediate entry into the work force, the second is to continue their studies for one more year.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), Grade 12 English (C, U), Grade 12 Math (C, U) (MCT4C preferred; MAP4C is accepted with a minimum GPA of 60%), Grade 12 Physics (C, U) strongly recommended, Or equivalent Or mature student status, Passport, Secondary/post-secondary transcripts assessed by the International Credential Assessment Service of Canada, Download letters of acceptance, Notify the college upon receipt of a visa/study permit and upload a copy, Proof of English Proficiency-International English Language Testing System (IELTS)-IELTs Academic Issued with past 2 years-General programs require an overall IELTS score of 6.0 with no individual Band score under 6.0; however, one band at 5.5 will be accepted
