Ontario Ministry of Environment (MOE) oversees this process, and requires that students must pass an OIT written exam AND provide evidence of equivalent to Ontario Grade 12 education prior to working in these plants, Passport, Secondary/post-secondary transcripts assessed by the International Credential Assessment Service of Canada, Download letters of acceptance, Notify the college upon receipt of a visa/study permit and upload a copy, Proof of English Proficiency-International English Language Testing System (IELTS)-IELTs Academic Issued with past 2 years-General programs require an overall IELTS score of 6.0 with no individual Band score under 6.0; however, one band at 5.5 will be accepted
