This Diploma in Green Building & Sustainability (GBS) is open to students who are interested in the adoption of both technology and design that serve the needs of society from an eco-friendly perspective. Given rising global concern about climate change, the need to construct resilient buildings has become extremely important. We will need to reduce carbon emissions and stay connected while offering better lifestyles. In addition, Singapore s Building & Construction Authority (BCA) has set a target to green at least 80% of the buildings in Singapore by the year 2030.

The minimum requirement for entry into a diploma programme is a College or High School Certificate, equivalent to the Singapore-Cambridge GCE O Level Certificate. Minimum IELTS (academic) score of 6 with no band score less than 5.5, or equivalent. TOEFL: Internet Bsed: Minimum Score of 60 with no band less than 46, Computer Based: Minimum Score of 170 with no band less than 133.
