The Team Leading Apprenticeship offers a balance of on-the-job training, independent study, work experience and both knowledge and competence based assessments. The focus of these is to develop both individual and team working skills. The apprenticeship provides valuable experience in a variety of team leading related activities and aims to give the apprentice a basic knowledge of the various roles, functions and responsibilities of a team leader and the limits of their authority and accountability.
