Program Description

This course will prepare you for employment in the construction industry. Topics covered include: how the construction industry operates and communicates; how buildings are built and the role of a carpenter; how to make the various joints used in carpentry; using woodworking hand tools; maintaining and using carpentry and joinery power tools.
