Higher Apprenticeship in Leadership For Health And Social Care And CYP Services

The Higher Apprenticeship is for experienced Supervisors and Managers within Health and Social Care. The apprenticeship route will help them to reflect on current practise and where needed to implement and manage change to policy and standards. At the Higher level, apprentices will learn how to manage change and lead their staff through change resulting in a higher level of service. Change within any organisation is challenging and Apprentices will develop communication skills, listening skills, leadership skills and have the confidence to challenge any negativity within their organisation. They will achieve the level 5 Care Leadership and Management diploma as a result through assessment in the workplace a series of higher level assignments.
