In this dual degree you will gain skills and knowledge in professional communications and journalism which will complement your law studies. Specialising in communication and journalism students are equipped to be effective producers and analysts of a wide range of communication practices, informed by a solid understanding of media theory. Combining this with the professional Law degree students are equipped with global perspectives on legal issues and develop skills in language, media, analysis and negotiation. This degree combination opens up career pathways for graduates interested in becoming lawyers within the media industry, or finding themselves working for large national and international law firms, public relations, advertising and media companies, arts management or in entertainment law.
