This program prepares graduates to deal with situations where an understanding of how humans respond and react to challenging situations would be an advantage, such as when working as a nurse in emergency, mental health, palliative care or cancer departments. Graduates of this degree may find employment in a number of healthcare settings. The Bachelor of Nursing is accredited by the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council. Graduates are eligible to apply for registered nurse status with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. The Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) is accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council.
