Bachelor of Mathematics and Bachelor of Science

4 Years On Campus Dual-bachelors Program

University of New South Wales

Program Overview

The Bachelor of Mathematics/Bachelor of Science combined degree program provides students with an opportunity to undertake concurrent study, and to complete two awards over a period of four years. In general, a combined degree program offers greater breadth of learning, enhancing the academic and professional qualities gained in each separate degree. At the same time, it recognises the increasing need for students to graduate with multidisciplinary skills. Within this program, students undertake courses to meet the requirements of both the Bachelor of Mathematics and the Bachelor of Science with a major in a discipline other than Mathematics or Statistics. There is also the opportunity to take electives from other areas according to particular interests.
