Taught in collaboration between Macquarie Law School and the Department of Modern History, Politics and International Relations, this major provides an introduction to policy development, Australian politics in its global context, international relations and key international law and policy areas. The focus is on policy development relating to internationalisation and global institutions. The unique combination of international relations and law will give you an advanced understanding of policy development at an international level. You will develop strong theoretical and practical knowledge of international laws and their impact.
