Program Overview

The degree programme provides students with the opportunity to work with horses, farmed livestock and a range of common species as part of their studies. The programme requires a year in veterinary practice to allow students to apply their skills. Whilst in practice, students must complete the nursing progress log and accrue a minimum of 1800 hours in an approved training practice. Placements will be provided by Askham Bryan College.,,

Application Form,Previous academics qualifications certificates, 60 UCAS points from at least two subjects studied to A2 (including a Science subject), or a relevant Level 3 vocational diploma (dependent on grades), 5 GCSEs at grade C or above including English, Maths and Science, Four weeks work experience with suitable references in a veterinary practice, For International applicants, English test certificate or IELTS score of 6.0.
