4 Years On Campus Foundation-program Program
The first year of your studies serves as the foundation, providing you with fundamental knowledge upon which you will build throughout the rest of your academic journey.
During this initial year, you will cover a diverse range of subjects, delving into core areas such as science, mathematics, electronics, computing, design, report writing, and communication skills.
Moving on to the second year, you will delve deeper into the fundamental principles of mechanical engineering. Additionally, you will study computer aided engineering, mathematical concepts, and aspects of electrical engineering.
In the third year, you will expand upon your prior learning by focusing on more specialized aspects of mechanical engineering, including dynamic systems, statics and materials, and advanced mathematical principles.
As you progress to the fourth year, you will collaborate with a group to undertake a final engineering project, which will serve as the culmination of your studies.
Throughout your academic journey, you will also explore relevant topics in industry, such as renewability and sustainability. Additionally, you will gain an understanding of basic business concepts within the context of engineering.
To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria: A minimum of 32 Tariff Points according to the UCAS system. Successful completion of the T Level in Engineering. Attainment of a grade C or higher in both English and Mathematics at the GCSE level. IELTS 6.0 with 5.5 in each section.
