Manchester Metropolitan UniversityEach Foundation Year is an integral part of a specific degree course; the content is tailored to prepare you for your chosen degree so that you start Year 1 of your course with confidence. If you choose this route you will apply for either a four year full-time course or five year degree (if your chosen degree includes a year abroad). Once you have successfully passed your Foundation Year you will progress onto Year 1 of your linked degree. 72 -80 UCAS Tariff points, GCE A levels - grades BC-BB or equivalent. If French or Spanish is the language to be studied, and the language has been studied at A level, a Grade C or above (or acceptable equivalent) will be required. French and Spanish can also be studied from Beginners level.Standard XII with a good grade and the Higher Secondary School Certificate. IELTS score of 5.5 with no scores less than 5.5 in any section. IB Diploma with minimum 24 points overall
