Applicants can satisfy the criteria by either possessing an NVQ Level 3 qualification or having relevant work experience and qualifications. Additionally, it is mandatory to have attained a minimum grade C/4 in GCSE Mathematics and English. Functional Skills Level 2 in Numeracy and Literacy are also considered valid alternatives. Moreover, it is essential for all candidates to be actively employed in a health and social care environment and receive endorsement from their employer. This endorsement can be demonstrated through a letter of support from the employer, confirming the availability of suitable supervision within the workplace.
