The Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art is a first professional degree for studio artists. Students are admitted to the program by portfolio review and upon completing the Foundations Program required of all studio art majors. The B.F.A. program embraces the significant cornerstones of studio practice: visual literacy, aesthetic understanding, and technical skill across all media.
