International Relation with History is the perfect combination for those seeking to understand the evolution of political, social and economic world we live in today. It blends the expertise and courses of two departments allowing for a range of module choices and areas and study. The scheme allows students to reflect on key questions such as how did the international political structures that govern us evolve and why did they take the form they did How relations between states, between societies, and between peoples changed and what are been the central factors shaping those developments Students will also learn about how politics and history has and is studied and the evolution of key ideas and concepts in politics, history, international relations and historiography.
