This course centres on the athletic performance of the horse and rider, preparing you for a career in equestrian performance, coaching or performance management. The course has been developed with industry input to ensure you have the knowledge and experience to contribute to the success of the equestrian performance industry.

112 UCAS points from GCE A Levels or equivalent. Typical offer - BCC, International Baccalaureate 26 points, IELTS Academic: Undergraduate: 6.0 (no less than 5.5 in any band).

The course will prepare you for employment in the fields of equestrian performance, coaching and team performance management. Roles as a Performance Coach, Team Manager or Equestrian Biomehcanics Analyst can be via a self-employed or employed route as a career option. These roles are important to analyse the fitness, performance and biomechanics of the horse and rider to optimise performance and reduce incidence of injury.
