The Global Public Health/Nutrition and Dietetics major prepares students to apply current knowledge, policy, and research about food and nutrition toward the improvement of the health of populations locally and around the world. The major aligns with the mission of the Nutrition and Dietetics Program to educate students on the role of food, nutrition, and health in society.
