Program Overview

The Master of Teaching (Early Childhood) will allow you to obtain a teaching qualification if you have a bachelor degree in a field other than education. The course is designed to complement content knowledge obtained from your previous qualification, and the breadth of life and other experiences you can draw on in the role of early childhood teacher. You will learn innovative ways to provide foundation programs for young learners from birth to eight years of age, setting up these children for their lifelong learning journey. You will be supported by specialist early childhood academics and will experience unique, real-world opportunities that prepare you to teach in early childhood. Our future-focused courses will equip you with the broad range of skills and capabilities to manage learning programs, and to develop your own professional identity as a teacher.
