Program Overview

The Biology Innovation Specialisation in the Master of Science is intended to equip students with specialised knowledge and skills to create and develop innovative, practical ideas in Biology. Our students learn about the latest advances in biological theory and are equipped with practical hands-on experience and research skills. There is an opportunity to engage with a wide range of disciplines including animal behaviour, climate change, conservation, ecology, evolution, genetics and genomics.

Additional Information & Requirements

Australian level 7 bachelor's qualification or recognised equivalent, with two units in biology or equivalent, GPA of 4.50 (out of 7.00), IELTS of 6.5 overall with minimum 6.0 in each band, or equivalent, senior secondary studies equivalent to the NSW HSC, one year of Australian or comparable tertiary study in a country of qualification, IB of 18, Bachelor degree which has been accredited by the professional accounting bodies in Australia, OWA of 55-66%, Completion of WASSC/SSC with B grade average in 5 relevant academic subjects
