Program Overview

The Master of Marine Science and Management takes an innovative approach to marine science and management education. The Master of Marine Science and Management is a joint program between UNSW and three Sydney Institute of Marine Science (SIMS) partner universities. The program goes beyond traditionally taught subjects to address new approaches to marine science including information systems and remotely sensed data analysis, the impact and use of marine science on legislation and management in the marine and coastal zones.

Additional Information & Requirements

A Bachelor of Science degree with a weighted average mark (WAM) of 65 or greater. The BSc. degree may be in any discipline of Science, TOEFL ibT 90 overall (min. 23 in writing, 22 in reading, listening and speaking), PTE of 64 overall (min. 54 in each subtest), Successful completion with a minimum overall grade of C+ and a minimum grade of C in the writing component, CAE 176 overall (min.169 in each subtest), CPE 180 overall (min.180 in each subtest), ANU College Access Program Successful completion with a minimum of 70% overall, Grade C+ or 70% in English
