Program Overview

It is the aim of the master s programme in Jewish Studies to investigate Judaism in its entire complexity as an independent discipline, analyse its interaction with changing environments and discuss its position in different historical and geographic contexts. Students concentrate on the methodology, main research theories and history of the subject and acquire knowledge of the central issues of Jewish studies and the basic questions in philosophy of science.
