Program Overview

The general objective of the Master's programme of Bioscience Engineering is to provide the students with the scientific knowledge, skills, attitudes and insight regarding the field-specific aspects of the management and control of living matter and the related processes, that makes them capable to function professionally and value-conscious in the different sectors of employment that are open to this master. A bioscience engineer has to be trained so as to be capable to use existing knowledge generated from scientific research, with the necessary critical attitude towards existing technologies, to make improvements and contribute in an original and innovative manner to the knowledge society.
