The general objective of the joint International MSc in Rural Development IMRD is to train students from European and non-European countries, from developed, developing and transition countries to become specialists in Integrated Rural Development with focus on socio-economic and institutional aspects. The joint International MSc in Rural Development IMRD offers the opportunity to study international visions on Rural Development and rural economics, and to make comparative analyses of EU and non-EU agricultural and rural development strategies and policies;
Holders of an appropriate Belgian academic bachelor degree, Holders of a foreign university bachelor degree or higher education bachelor diploma: bachelor of minimum 3 years, In some cases applicants cannot be admitted directly to a master programme, but have to do a specific preparatory or linking course (between 45 and 90 ECTS credits) first, depending on their previous studies, English Language Requirement:TOEFL-TEST with a score of 550 (paper-based), or 80 (internet-based) or higher, IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum of 6.0 for writing), Certificate CEF -B2 (awarded by a European university language centre), Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English (CAE)
