The Master of Laws Programme trains students to become competent, independent and critically thinking lawyers who are highly versatile and employable. Master students are receptive to concepts from other legal systems and are willing to expand their knowledge beyond the boundaries of legal science. The Master of Laws Programme is an academic education that aims to teach the student scientific knowledge, insights, skills and attitudes that enable him to independently research, understand, apply and compare national, European and international law in concrete situations. This implies, among other things, that the student is able to consult sources in other languages than in Dutch.
