Program Overview

The Master study programme is designed to explore the basic knowledge acquired during the Bachelor study programme in greater depth and aspires to further develop a scientific attitude in students. In addition to acquiring field-related knowledge and understanding at advanced level, the Master study programme is also intended to provide room for the integration of areas of know-how within business economics. Furthermore, the study programme aspires to hone a range of attitudes in students, including operating on a self-reliant basis, creativity and a due sense of criticism. Moreover, communication skills are further supported and developed by way of the teaching methods and learning strategies adopted as part of the study programme.

Additional Information & Requirements

Holders of an appropriate Belgian academic bachelor degree, Holders of a foreign university bachelor degree or higher education bachelor diploma: bachelor of minimum 3 years, In some cases applicants cannot be admitted directly to a master programme, but have to do a specific preparatory or linking course (between 45 and 90 ECTS credits) first, depending on their previous studies, English Language Requirement:TOEFL-TEST with a score of 560-676 (paper-based), or 95-119 (internet-based) or higher, IELTS with a minimum overall band score of 7.0 or higher, C1-certificate ITACE for students (Interuniversity test of academic English), awarded by the Ghent University Language Centre, C1-certificate from a university language centreCambridge-ESOL: Certificate in Advanced English (CAE), Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) with a score of 76-84
