A graduate of higher education outside the French Community of Belgium, A foreign diploma, Certificate or other qualification recognised as equivalent to Bachelor level, A transcript of records of your previous study results (a certified copy of the original), A certificate proving your level of French (at least B1 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages - CECR) if your learning agreement contains one or more courses taught in French.
