The Master of Applied Nutrition (MAN) is offered by the Department of Family Relations and Applied Nutrition. We are a unique, interdisciplinary academic unit focused on integrating research and practice. At a time when universities are called to play an ever increasing role in addressing concrete nutritional problems, we pride ourselves in preparing students to work in practical settings with a combination of theory, empirical knowledge and professional skills.
