A taught graduate degree program at the Faculty of Music was inaugurated in 1954. The Faculty of Music offers Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in the following fields Ethnomusicology, Music and Health , Music Education, Musicology, Music Theory . Graduates from all areas of the program occupy leading positions in music departments across Canada and around the world.

An appropriate bachelor s degree from a recognized university, GPA of MMSt-B, TOEFL ibT of 93 with 22 in writing and speaking, MELAB of 85, IELTS of 7.0 (Academic)with at least 6.5 for each component, COPE of 76 (with at least 22 in each component and 32 in the writing component), International ESL Program- a final grade of B in Level 60, Academic transcripts, 2 Recommendation letters, CV, Interview
